Lectures:
Project menagment

  1. Introduction; management process, goal of Project, relation between time and costs, relation between cost and quality.
  2. Project definition, specification and its formulation.
  3. Project organization, matrix and hybrid organizations, Project manager.
  4. Work breakdown, hierarchy In Project management, coding systems, chice of coding system for given project.
  5. Costs calculation, type of costs, precision of cost calculation, field and costs, documantation, controlling in costs assessment.
  6. Planning; bar charts, nets programming, critical path, milestones, resources analysis and planning.
  7. Implementation of Project work; Project approval process, introductory organization, standards and procedures, Project scheduling.
  8. Purchasing; typical purchasing procedure, purchasing specification, choice of supplier, Sales documentation.
  9. Costs management; milestone analysis, earned value analysis, cost forecast, cost indicators.
  10. Project variations, classification of Project variations, variations approval process, Project freezing.
  11. Project progress management, feedback as closed loop control process, Project Schedule updating, correction of project running, reporting, project closing.
